This guide explains how to vault and validate your personal third-party integration credentials in Unity® Practice Management.
These credentials links your user profile with provincial land-title systems, title-insurance providers, and electronic-mortgage processing services and should be secured.
Access My Integration Credentials
Hover over your User ID in the top-right corner of the page to open the drop-down menu.
Click My Integration Credentials.
Vault and Validate Integration Credentials
In the next window, you can vault and validate your integration credentials. The available land-title services on vary by province:
Ontario - TeranetConnect
British Columbia - myLTSA
Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba - Land title credentials are not vaulted here. Instead, access SPIN (AB), ISC (Sask), and TPR (MB) at the matter level through the Properties tab, then upload and import the data.
Select the integration service from the list.
Enter your integration credentials.
Click Validate to save.
