Manitoba PPSA Search Updates

Exact and Exact & Similar Match Options: Search criteria for Business Debtor and Individual Debtor searches have been updated across Electronic Due Diligence and Cross Canada PPSA. The previous Certificate and Electronic options have been replaced with Exact and Similar Match selections.

Search Reports: Search requests can now be submitted, and PDF search reports can be retrieved directly for Individual Debtor, Business Debtor, Serial Number, and Registration Number searches across Electronic Due Diligence and Cross Canada PPSA.
Report Format: Manitoba Personal Property Registry now provides a new PDF report format.
- Summary of matches returns details on the Exact Matches, Similar Matches and Registration List.
- Registration Details provided depend on the type of search you selected, if exact matches only requested then registration details will only be provided for exact matches.
- If an Exact Match Only search returns no exact matches, an Exact and Similar report will be provided.

eCore's PPSA Summary provides a consistent view of search results across all jurisdictions, presenting information in a standardized format regardless of where the search was conducted.
The PPSA Summary has also been updated to incorporate data from Manitoba's new search result format, ensuring Manitoba searches continue to be presented consistently alongside other jurisdictions.

eCore's Electronic Due Diligence e-Summary provides a consolidated overview of all search results in your order. It has been updated to support Manitoba's new search result format, ensuring a consistent experience across jurisdictions.

Effective October 1, 2026, the Manitoba Personal Property Registry will introduce a new fee schedule, which will include an New search fee of $17.00, previously $13.00.
