Fixes

The following issues have been addressed in the upcoming release:

'Balance of Down Payment’ value
 

[AB] [SK] [MB] - ‘Balance of Down Payment’ value [On Possession Pay field] is incorrect if the document was produced without having the Calculation of Balance of Down Payment modal open.  The value will now populate correctly without needing the modal to be open when the document is produced.

LSO Form 9C and 9D link

• LSO Form 9C and 9D link is not presented in the Forms view after the document is generated.  Users can only access the document from the Matter Documents view.  The document will now be available in both views.

BAU Changes

The following change has been implemented:

• FCT introduced ‘expired’ status
   

FCT has introduced a new status: Expired.  They are aiming to release this new state on June 12th.

eIDV requests not completed within 30 days are expected to enter an Expired state.  FCT triggers the status change, and the request will reflect status ‘Expired’ in Unity.  Users are required to submit new requests; expired requests cannot be re-submitted.
