This article describes how to use BC Bailiff Automation within eCore
Steps to order a Court Bailiff Search
- Sign into eCore
- Select Due Diligence
- Select Electronic Due Diligence (Canada)
- Select British Columbia as the jurisdiction

Choose either Business Name or Individual
- For Business Name you can either confirm the entity name or enter the exact name you would like to search.
- For both Business and Individual, you need to add all the names you would like to appear on the final BC Bailiff PDF report
- Select Next to go to Product Selection page
- Scroll down and select Bailiff Search

Select the drop down to select the BC court bailiff area(s) you would like searched
- If you are unsure of what area to search, you can use this BC Court Bailiff Service Area map to find the city you need to search for and the area it is within.

Select Next to go to the confirmation page
- Dependent on the area you selected eCore will list all the court bailiffs that require to be searched and automatically include all the areas they search
- Select Order Reports to submit your order
- Go the Reports section on the left-hand side to see the status of your reports

Once the reports are completed, you can select the Result link to download the report.
- As each bailiff is independently listed you will receive the report as soon as it is ready
- If you would like to merge the reports use eCore’s Merge Reports or PDF Merger feature to merge the reports all within eCore itself.
