How do I change the default ‘estimate percentage increase’ for taxes in Statement of Adjustments?

To change the default ‘estimate percentage increase’ for taxes in Statement of Adjustments, please follow the instructions below:

- Log in under 'Default' user 
- Click on 'User setup' 
- Highlight the 'default' user and click on 'Edit' 
- Open Tab 5 - SOA Prefs 
- Change the figure showing in 'Est'd increase in taxes over previous year' field
- Click 'OK'
