How do I install ProSuite?
To install ProSuite, simply go to http://www.pro-suite.com/prosuiteprod/publish.htm and click on Install.

Suggested Internet Access
- Suggested Internet Access for firms with less than 3 users, we recommend broadband internet packages from your ISP that support 30 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload or better.
- For firms with 3 to 6 users, we recommend a broadband internet packages from your ISP that support 60 Mbps download speed and 6 Mbps upload or better
- For firms with more than 6 users, we strongly recommend a dedicated, commercial-grade internet connection for the use of ProSuite.
Consult your ISP about regarding the appropriate internet connection package for your firm.
How much does it cost to use ProSuite?
ProSuite charges a transaction fee of $219 for each file completed.
There are no upfront costs to install or setup the service and no charge for training or customer support.
What are the available methods of payment?
Payments can be made by credit card by vaulting your card with Moneris and enabling your account in ProSuite. For full instructions on how to set up credit card payments, click here.
Do you charge a different price depending on the type of transaction?
The transaction fee is $219 (subject to change) for each file and is applicable to all file matter transactions.
What to do when my monthly reconciliation doesn’t balance?

How to make changes to a cheque that was issued during a period that is reconciled
In order to make changes to a cheque or issue a cheque during a period that has already been reconciled on the account the reconciliation would need to be removed on the account in the ProTrust module.

How to add & remove reconciliation in ProTrust
In order to change any information in the ProTrust accounts your ProSuite user account would require access to the ProTrust accounting module in your user settings.
Please see your office administrator or contact DoProcess for any questions regarding the access permissions in your ProSuite user account.
Take note that only an administrator accounts can make changes to these settings.
ProSuite Users with Trust Accounting access will have this ProTrust icon available.
Upon accessing the ProTrust module you can add or remove the reconciliation indicator from an account, Select the account on the left and then add or remove the "reconciled" checkbox for the required month and save your changes.
How to submit a custom document or letterhead request to DoProcess
If you would like Do Process to create new or modify existing Masters documents or letterhead for you please follow the steps below to submit the request to our document services team.
Your request will be automatically sent to our Document services team and you will receive regular updates on the status of your request.
From the ProSuite home screen:
Go to Help Centre>Letterhead Request & Master Doc Request
Complete the webform and attach your copy of the completed document or letterhead at the bottom with the "Add File" button. Please ensure that the document is in .rtf or .doc formats.
How to make a copy a file matter & change the transaction type
If you would like to start at new file matter but use the information from a file that you have already started. You can make a copy of the file and change the transaction type when the new file is started.
Note that standard charges apply when making copies of file matters.
While viewing a file matter select the Copy File Matter button on the top right corner of the window.
When creating the new copy of the file you can change the transaction type in the Conveyance Type drop down.
Where does ProSuite save client generated documents?
All documents are stored directly on your computer or network drive.
You can modify this path within your ProSuite user settings. Just go to
User>Settings>Admin>Document Path & EFS Path
Can we create our own templates and use our own precedents?
Yes. ProSuite allows you to create your own templates and store them in your firm’s private template library.
Are mortgage documents and reports available?
Yes. ProSuite staff monitor and update the mortgage documents for all major financial institutions and credit unions plus many private lenders. These documents are stored in a template library available to all ProSuite customers.
Lenders change their documents regularly and without notice. If you would like to report an inaccurate document, contact Customer Support Toll Free 1.866.367.7648 or inquiries@doprocess.com.
Can you file electronically to LTSA using ProSuite?
Yes! ProSuite lets you select the appropriate LTSA forms and drag them into the proper submission order to speed up electronic filing.
