Learn how to add a first-time homebuyer rebate to the Statement of Adjustment (RoC) in Unity® Practice Management. 

If the FTHB applies, it can be added to the Statement of Adjustment by selecting HST → First Time Home Buyer's (FTHB) Rebate from the Add New menu on the Statement of Adjustments view.

The First-time Home Buyer's Rebate modal is presented with the FTHB amount calculated. Confirm the party to be credited and select OK.

The FTHB adjustment is visible on the Statement of Adjustments view.
