This article contains updates made when adding the First-Time Home Buyer’s Rebate to the Statement of Adjustments (BC).

If the FTHB applies, it can be added to the Statement of Adjustments. To do this:

1. Select the Price Adjustment modal and click Edit

   

2. Tick the FTHB Rebate checkbox

3. Once done, click OK

   

The FTHB Rebate entry will appear on the Statement of Adjustments.
