In Unity® Entity Management, Tasks are used to generate workflows that help manage entity maintenance, from the incorporation of an entity through to the dissolution/liquidation of an entity. In other words, you can use tasks to complete many updates for entity data.
- Amendments: prepares and documents amendments to an entity’s articles
- Annual Compliance: prepares, files, or documents annual reports, resolutions, and consents
- Change of Agents: manages the replacement, election, appointment, resignation, or removal of agents
- Change of Company Name: manages company name changes
- Change of Contacts: manages contact changes
- Change of Other Professionals: manages changes to Other Professional records
- Change of Principals: manages the replacement, election, appointment, resignation, or removal of principals
- Change of Profile Address: updates an entity’s profile address
- Change of Shared Address: updates an entity’s shared address
- Continuance: manages continuance workflows
- Data Extract: prepares and files Ontario notices
- Dissolve: dissolves an entity
- Formation: manages entity formation workflows
- General: generates documents
- Initial Return: prepares and files Ontario Initial Returns and updates the related data in Unity® Entity Management
- Merge / Amalgamate: manages merger or amalgamation workflows
- Notice of Change: prepares and files Ontario Notices of Change and updates the related data in Unity® Entity Management
- Organizational: prepares organizational documents
