This article is a guide to changing a user's profile information as a supervisor.
Supervisor user’s can change a user’s profile information by going to the Account Administrator section.
The steps are outlined below:
- Sign in to eCore as a Supervisor
- Select the person icon on the top right
- Select Manage Account
Select Change User’s Profile
Select the user’s name from the drop-down
Edit the information as required
- Select Save Changes to save the changes, or select Cancel Changes to not make any changes.
