During the month of January, we are pleased to share a set of improvements in our latest release that enhance workflows for Federal Articles of Incorporation.
What's New?
- Full support for Individuals with Significant Control (ISC), including all required details.
- Automated submission of incorporated documents directly to Corporations Canada.
- Ability to assign the Full Access Manager role to directors, allowing them to manage their corporation through Corporations Canada Online.
- Added Ontario-required fields for the optional Ontario Extra-Provincial Registration: Official Email Address and NAICS code.
Fixes
- Corrected missing fields when selecting "Include a Chief/ Manager/ Officer" during Ontario registrations.
- Removed non‑functional Nova Scotia and Newfoundland Extra-Provincial Registration options.
Fixed hyperlink issues preventing draft PDF viewing or opening of Ontario Extra‑Provincial drafts.
