This article details the integration of Unity® Entity Management & eCore®
eCore® is now integrated directly with Unity© Entity Management (UEM), enabling you to complete corporate filings within UEM without switching platforms.
eCore® is a Dye & Durham product and Canada’s leading technology portal for public records data. When paired with UEM, it creates a connected, end-to-end entity management and filing experience. If you wish to sign up for eCore®, you can do so here
The steps to file are as follows:
- Add eCore® credentials
- Create an Entity
- Under Tasks, select Formation
- The fields that will be included within the Articles of Incorporation will come from the fields entered into the platform
Filings are available in Ontario (as of Jan 2026):
- Articles of Incorporation
- Initial Return
- Notice of Change
- Annual Return
The current integration is just the beginning. Soon, we’re expanding the connected workflow to include multiprovince filings, advanced cross-jurisdictional search tools, and additional federal and provincial capabilities.
