As of January 6th, 2024, you will be required to log into Unity® Lender Centre via Unity®, Dye & Durham's flagship legal practice management solution. This change is being implemented to increase security for all users of Unity® Lender Centre.
While the login routine will be slightly different, your experience accessing mortgage instructions and pay-out statements once logged in will remain unchanged. You will continue to benefit from Lender Centre’s streamlined and digitized processes and capabilities, saving your firm time and effort while helping your clients.
We want to reiterate that accessing Unity® Lender Centre via this new routine will not require you to use or purchase Unity® or any other Dye & Durham product or service. There are also no additional costs to access your mortgage instructions and pay-out statements via this new routine, and no cost to set up your login credentials.
