This guide outlines how to enable Multi-Factor Authentication the first time you sign into your eCore account.
- Log in on the Members Portal found at www.oncorp.com

A “Protect Your Account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)” screen will appear

Select “Yes, enable MFA” OR “No, I Accept the Risk”

If you select “No, I Accept the Risk”
- You will be logged in and directed to the eCore home page.
- You will also be acknowledging your acceptance of the risk of not enabling MFA as outlined in the section labelled “Important Notice”.

If you select “Yes, enable MFA”
- You will be sent an email with a code
- Go to your email
- Retrieve the code from the email
- Enter the code in the “Enter your code below” field.

Select Verify.

If you select “No, I Accept the Risk”

If you do not receive the code, try the following suggestions

- Verify the email address displayed
- Select the “Resend code” link at the bottom of the screen

If you wish to exit the “Verify Your Email Address” screen

- Select the "X” on the top right corner. This will return you to the eCore login screen.

Using Multi-Factor Authentication After Initial Setup

The “Enter your Verification code” screen will appear asking you to enter a code

Go to your email

- Retrieve the code from the email
- Enter the code in the “Enter your code below” field.
- Select Verify.

- Select the “Resend code” link at the bottom on the screen

- Select the "X” on the top right corner. This will return you to the eCore login screen.
