This Article shows how to open Class Proceeding Files within Automated Civil Litigation (ACL)

When opening a Class Proceeding file, additional steps are needed for both the
Title of Proceedings and the Backpage previews. Once the File Details and Party
information have been entered, click the Document Previews and select Title of
Proceedings.

• Click In the matter of and select Class Proceedings. Make edits as needed.
• For an application file, instead of clicking on In the matter of, click Application Under and select Class Proceedings. Make edits as needed.

**This list is populated by the firm’s ACL Administrator. If Class Proceedings is not available in the list, please select Blank and make edits as needed. For more information, see Title of Proceedings** - 

• Navigate to the Backpage preview to make any further edits to the In the Matter of / Application Under wording as needed.
