As data privacy concerns continue to rise, there's a growing demand for controlling access to Personal Identifiable Information (PII) within any software platform.

Unity® Entity Management helps to address this demand by providing the option to hide PII information from select user profiles. This feature aligns with our commitment to data privacy and empowers clients to manage access to sensitive information more effectively.

Unity® Entity Management provides the ability to restrict access to the PII section of People records for specific users, enhancing data privacy and security within Unity® Entity Management.

By implementing this feature, clients can ensure compliance with data protection regulations and mitigate the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive information.

The PII Restriction will allow users to see People Records, but not see the PII information available for that Person Record.

Without PII Restrictions

When PII restrictions are not enabled, users are able to click on the eye icon and view the information stored in the PII section of all People Records.
