- All Reports - The firm is responsible for managing all annual maintenance, i.e., Annual+ Registrations (Registrations are to the extent of just communicating with the various agents).
- All Reports & Resolutions - The above plus the yearly resolutions.
- Annual Minutes - Just the Annual Minutes/Resolutions each year, no other maintenance or report filing.
- Lawyer Only - They only act as a lawyer for service, and they most likely have little work to do but just send an invoice to that client (probably an agent) each year, alongside any forms if something has changed.
- Business Name Renewal - Only the name registrations they manage.
- Annual Report and Resolutions - Home Registration + Annual Resolutions no EPs.
- Annual Report only - Just the annual return, no resolutions.
- Host Report Only - Just the jurisdiction that the firm is located in for an EP. A good example of this is, let's say an Alberta entity is registered in both SK and BC, and the SK firm has all the info in the system. That would tell them they don't need to worry about the rest, and only the SK Registration.
- Records Storage Only - Only store the minute book and act as a records office, nothing else.
- Registered Agent Only - They act only as Registered Agent for the entity and manage all the compliance; they are not responsible for anything else.
- Registered Office Only - Only acts as the Registered office and accepts letters, etc., but may not hold the minute book or do any other work with the entity.
- Resolutions Only - The firm only prepares resolutions each year.
- None - No maintenance for the entity, at all, may just hold it for tracking purposes.
