To get started, it is recommended that you use Google Chrome web browser as this is the browser that is recommended by Unity Entity Management for the smoothest experience, but other browsers will work. 

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first thing you will see when you open up Unity Entity Management application.  Each user will have their own unique view based on what they have been working on. On the Dashboard, you will find the following:

• Entities: A list of the most recent entities you've worked in
• Documents: A list of the most recent documents you've opened
• Tasks: A list of the overdue or upcoming tasks for all of the entities across the database
• Help Center: A hyperlink to our Unity Entity Management Help Center

Main Menu

Down the left side of the screen, are icons that are essentially the Main Menu of Unity Entity Management. These icons will appear on the left at all times, so no matter where you are within Unity Entity Management, you can navigate to the features you need.

Tasks

In the Tasks section, you will find the list of tasks for all of the entities across the database. Navigate through this tab to modify, create, or delete any task in the database. 

Entities

The Entities section is where you will find a list of all of the entities across the database. Navigate through the entities by simply clicking into any one of the records, and add new entities to this list by using the New Button.

People

The People section is where you will find a list of all of the people records for the entire database. Navigate through the people by simply clicking into any one of the records, and add new people to the list.  People can be added in and then associated with an entity as needed.  

Reports

The Reports section allows you to navigate through any report created for any of the entities across the database. 

Templates

The Templates section is available for users who are Administrators. In this section, you can navigate through, download, and modify the configurations of all of the document Templates in the application.  For custom templates to be added, these can be sent to our Document Services team by click on Help & Support and click on Submit a Request in the Support Center.  

Access

The Access section is limited to Administrators, who can invite new individuals to the Unity Entity Management platform and manage the access those individuals have to different sets of data.
