Unity® Entity Management allows users to store, view, and download all documents contained in the Virtual Minute Book. In this help article, I will explain the various ways to download documents from the virtual minute book.

Downloading a Single Document from the Virtual Minute Book

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Virtual Minute Book tab of the entity the document is to be downloaded from

2. Click on the Tab to open e.g. Registers

3. Select the Document to download

4. Click on the menu to the right and select Download

   

Downloading Multiple Documents from the Virtual Minute Book

1. Navigate to the Virtual Minute Book tab of the entity the document is to be downloaded from 

2. Navigate to one of the folders in the virtual minute book or to the All Documents tab ;

3. Click Edit at the top of the list of documents;

4. Check off the documents to be downloaded;

5. Click # Selected at the top right of the list of documents - a drop-down menu will appear;

6. Select Download from the dropdown menu.

Downloading the Entire Virtual Minute Book in One Zip File / PDF

1. Navigate to the Virtual Minute Book tab of the entity the document is to be downloaded from 

2. Click the Action button above the list of virtual minute book tabs- a dropdown menu will appear;

3. Select Download as PDF or Download as Zip File from the list.  The document can be found in the users Downloads folder.

Downloading a Section of the Virtual Minute Book as PDF / Zip File

1. Navigate to the Virtual Minute Book tab of the entity

2. Once the Minute Book is open, click on the Minute Book Tab to open it

3. Click on the Tab containing the Documents.  Don't click on the document(s)
4. Click on the Action button and then click Download
