This article provides steps on how to add, remove, and view Favourites in Entities in Unity® Entity Management.
Entity Search Favourites
Favourites allow users to quickly identify and access important Entity records from the Entities list. This guide explains how to mark Entities as favourites, remove them from favourites, and filter the list to display only favoured records.
Add Favorite Entities
- Navigate to the Entities section
- Select the checkbox beside the Entity or Entities you want to favourite
- Click the Actions drop-down in the top-left corner
- Select Favourite
| Note: If the selected records include both favourited and non-favourited Entities, all selected Entities will be marked as favourited. A maximum of 50 Entities can be marked as favourites. |
Remove Favourite Entities
- Select the checkbox beside the Entity or Entities you want to remove from favourites
- Click the Actions drop-down menu in the top-left corner
- Select Unfavorite
View Favourite Entities
- Click the Star icon to the left of the search bar
- Review the results to view only the entities marked as favourites
- Click the Star icon again to remove the favourites filter
Note: The favourites filter will combine with any existing search or filter criteria. |
