Clients to receive individual letters (MULTI-CLIENT DOCUMENTS)
Unity release version 2.7
With the new Multi-Client Documents feature, the user now has the ability to have one document generate multiple copies for each client that is entered within the file matter, each copy will produce with the respective information for each client
Once the document has been produced via Document Production, the individual copies of the produced documents for each client will be provided in Matter Documents
Any installed master document (prior to 2.7 release) which contains a name from the file naming convention list shown below will automatically be flagged to have this feature enabled
If the user wishes to disable this feature on the document, this can be done via Manage Templates
Migrated firms going forward will also have the option to have this predefined flagging enabled during the migration process.
