1. Save the coded PDFs and the accompanying XMLs to an easily accessible folder before uploading. Sort the files by file type so that all the PDFs are grouped together followed by all the XML files. This is a very important step so that the upload can be done successfully.
2. Log into the Unity UI: https://unity.doprocess.com/login/home as the System administrator with your credentials.
3. Click on Doc Services > Manage Forms to load the coded PDFs and the accompanying XMLs:
4. Click on the Upload button and locate the files to be uploaded from X:\Apps\TCWIN\@NotDeployed\UpdatedTemplates. Always upload the XML files first to avoid getting the following error message:
The following message will appear if your upload has been successful:
You can select as many files to be uploaded at a time and in Unity, ALL types of PDFs are loaded into the same folder (i.e no different sub folders for SCT, non-fillable pdfs., etc).
5. Click on Back to Administration Menu to now go back to the Doc Services menu to upload the province specific XML:
6. Click on Refresh Form Data
7. Locate the PROVINCE SPECIFIC LENDER XML (i.e. LENDER.XML for Ontario, LENDERAB.XML for Alberta, etc) to be uploaded, select it and click Open
8. Select the province that this XML is to be loaded into from the "Applicable Province" drop down menu
***Please be extra diligent and ensure to select the correct province as there is no safeguarding feature built into this process currently to prevent the loading of an incorrect XML file province wise (i.e. when LENDERAB.XML gets loaded into Ontario instead of Alberta).
9. If your LENDER XML file has been prepared properly and has been uploaded successfully, the following message appears:
If your LENDER XML file is problematic, the following error message appears:
Please check all the new tags added for any new forms and/or lenders to ensure that all no tags (i.e. <Form> </Form>) were missed.
10. Log out of the System administrator account and log into the Unity UI as account 9890 for testing purposes with your credentials.
