Import:

1. Click on New (ensure the record you are trying to export is not open)
   
2. Select the file type of the record you are trying to import (Purchase, Sale, Mortgage)
3. Select the Record Menu
   
4. Click on Import > Select to Import a Purchase/Sale/Mortgage Record from disk
5. Find the location in which the record is located (Note: when records are exported, they are saved as RecordNumber.XP.ZIP, RecordNumber.XS.ZIP or RecordNumber.XM.ZIP depending on the type of record)
6. Highlight the record you wish to import and click OK
7. Check off the record from the list that appears and click Process (F2)
   Note: If there is already a record within your system with the same record number you will be prompted to either replace the record, which will override the record you had in your system, or to not replace the record, which will not import the record.

Export:

1. Click on New (ensure the record you are trying to export is not open)
   
2. Select the file type of the record you are trying to export (Purchase, Sale, Mortgage)
3. Select the Record Menu
   
4. Click on Export
5. Check off the record you wish to export and click Process (F2)
6. Find the location in which you would like to save the exported record and click OK
