In this article, we look at how to Delete a Record.

To delete a record in the system, please ensure that all records are closed before performing the instructions below:

1. Click on New
2. Select Willbuilder®Records (at the top left-hand side)
3. Click on Delete, and a list of records to delete will display
4. Highlight the record you would like to remove and click on Process (F2) to remove
5. Click OK to the subsequent message, and the record will be deleted from your system
