Welcome to the Dye & Durham Support Centre. The Support Centre is available to all customers and provides a range of self-service tools designed to help you understand, troubleshoot, and get the most from our products.
This guide will walk you through the key features of the Support Centre and how to use them effectively.

Logging Into the Dye & Durham Support Centre
To access Canada support services and content, you’ll need to sign in to the Dye & Durham Support Centre.
Depending on your previous use of Dye & Durham Support Centre, follow one of the options below:
First Time Users
- If this is your first time using the Dye & Durham Support Centre, click here.
- Enter your email address to set up a new password and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
- Once your password is set, return to the Dye & Durham Support Centre and log in.
Returning Users
If you have previously used the Dye & Durham Support Centre for other Dye & Durham products (e.g., Unity™ Search), simply log in using your existing credentials.

Search the Knowledge Base
The quickest way to find help is by searching the Knowledge Base.
- Use the Search bar available on any Support Centre page. As you type, suggested articles will appear in a drop-down list.
- If the suggested articles do not answer your question, press Enter to view a complete list of matching articles.
- Use the available Filters to narrow down your results.
- An AI-powered Quick Answer may also appear at the top of the search results to help you find information faster.
Browse Articles by Product
You can also find information by navigating directly to a product.
- From the Support Centre homepage, select the product you want help with.
- This will open the Product Page, where articles are organized into categories and sections.
- Open individual sections to browse more specific topics and refine your search.
Subscribe to Articles
Stay informed when important articles are updated.
- Open the article you wish to follow.
- Select Subscribe.
- You will receive notifications whenever the article is updated or revised.
Subscribing is a useful way to stay up to date with changes to frequently used features or processes.
Provide Feedback on Articles
Your feedback helps us improve our content. At the bottom of every article, you can:
- Indicate whether the article was helpful.
- Submit suggestions for improvements.
- Request additional information or content.
Feedback is monitored by our teams and helps ensure articles remain accurate and useful.
If you have subscribed to an article, you will be notified when updates are made in response to feedback.
Submit a Support Request
If you cannot find the help you need in the knowledge base, you can contact our Support Teams directly.
- Select Submit a Request.
- Complete the form with as much detail as possible.
- Attach any relevant files, screenshots, or supporting documentation.
- Submit your request.
A member of our Support Team will review your request and contact you to assist further.
Track Your Support Requests
You can monitor the progress of your support requests at any time.
- Open the profile menu in the Support Centre.
- Select Requests.
- View a list of your submitted requests.
- Open any request to see its current status, updates, and communication history.
