This article describes the Canada Will Registry and its features for Law Firms.
- The Canada Will Registry is designed in a way that meets your obligations under privacy legislation and law society rules. You already have your clients' consent to register their wills.
- Registering your clients' wills ensures that their important estate planning documents can be found in the future. You'll be automatically alerted if someone is searching for a will in your possession, saving you time and resources.
