Billing
Q - How do I pay?
A - All payments must be made by credit card.
Q - Do you accept EFT payments?
A - Yes, we accept payment by EFT (electronic funds transfer). Contact us at info@noticeconnect.com to set this up.
Q - When will I get an invoice/receipt?
A -You'll be emailed your invoice/receipt immediately after you submit your order.
If you placed your order from your account, we send it to the email address of your account. If you ordered as a guest, we send it to the email address you provided during checkout.
If you didn't receive your invoice/receipt email, then it may have have been flagged as spam. Check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, then contact your firm's IT support and tell them to add noticeconnect.com to the firm's safe senders list.

Accounts
Q - Do I need to create an account?
A - No, you can post a notice to creditors with or without an account. Creating an account stores your billing information for subsequent orders and is ideal for lawyers or firms who will be posting multiple notices.
Q - Which email should I use to set up my account?
A - We use your email address as your account login and we send all invoices and receipts to this email address. You can either use a general email address for the firm, or have multiple clerks and lawyers create accounts.

Q - How many accounts can my firm create?
A - Your firm can create as many accounts as it likes, provided you have different email addresses for each of them. We send your receipts and invoices to the email you used to create your account.
Q - Does it cost anything to set up multiple accounts?
A - No, it's free to make an account no matter how many you have.
Q - How can I check if my firm already has an account?
A - Contact us at info@noticeconnect.com and let us know your firm name and your email (or your firm's email), and we can check this for you.
Q - I forgot my password. What should I do?
A - If you remember the e-mail address of your account, use the "Password Reset" feature here. We will send you a secure email for you to reset your password.
