If you order via APIC, to retrieve an Account Statement, you would login at https://login.apicanada.com/.
Select the drop down menu in the top right corner (it has a little person with a down arrow) and then select Account Statements from the menu.
Select the From And To Dates for the time frame that you need, (eg: January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2020) and then select the Generate Statement button. (Ensure you leave the Customer Reference and Description blank, as these will limit your search).
After the Statement is generated, you can click on Details next to each transaction to get the individual receipt for that transaction. Otherwise, for an entire account statement of activity, you would click on Download Statement which will create a Statement in Excel.
If you order via LTSA, you would need to contact them for assistance in generating a statement for your LTSA deposit account as they are a separate entity from us.
