In this document we are going to go over how to use the "Pay Now" feature in esiLaw 360.

Step #1: Enabling Credit Card Processing

Go to Global Settings then click the e-Payments tab. Then enter the merchant keys generated by Worldpay into each bank account. Make sure you have "Enable credit card processing" selected.

Step #2: Charging The Client's Card

You can charge your client’s credit card when you enter the bill payment or enter trust receipt. Click on the "Process Card" button and chose "Charge Now".

Step #3: Sending e-bill To The Client VIA Email

You may need to send an e-bill to your client by email which should have the “Pay Now” button enabled. The client are then able to click on “Pay Now” to open a Payment Portal to pay the bill online with their credit card.
