You may create esiLaw 360 backup either manually or automatically.

If you are using esiLaw 360 Cloud, your backup is on our Cloud Server, and backups are automatically created at 4pm daily. There is a limit of 14 back ups saved.

Finding Your Backup Location:

If you are not using esiLaw 360 Cloud, your backup location is most likely is on your server.  To find your backup location, please go to Maintenance > Backup & Restore > Backup location.

Creating A Manual Backup:

To manually create a backup, click on Maintenance > Backup & Restore >Backup Now

You can also Click Here to Update Backup Scheduler (See example 3). And manually schedule manual backups. 

Restoring From A Backup:

• Click on Maintenance > Backup & Restore > Find the backup you wish to restore from and click on the downward arrow beside it
• If you are restoring from a manual backup choose "Advanced Restore" at the bottom and you can manually choose the location where your backup file is kept and restore.

• Once you click on down-arrow on screenshot above, you will get a credential window. This is the credential to log in to “My Account” from www.esilaw.com. Log in with your normal esiLaw username and password
  
• Your esiLaw Admin should have these credentials if you forgot your username or password.  ,You may reset password by link https://myaccount.esilaw.com/.  If you forgot your username, esiLaw Support can help you retrieve this.
