Here are some basic troubleshooting steps to try if you are having issues with esiLaw 360 starting.
If you see the following message when opening esiLaw 360
Try the following steps.
Step #1:
Make sure all instances of the app are closed. Then try opening it again.
Step #2:
Restart your computer and verify you are connected to the internet. Once you have checked if you are online then try opening the app again.
Step #3:
Double check your Internet Security Settings. Make sure esiLaw 360 does not have restricted internet access via your devices firewall. Contact your IT department if you need help with this.
Step #4:
If you have tried all of the above steps. Then Uninstall esiLaw 360, restart your device then Reinstall esiLaw 360.
