In this article we will be covering how to enable esiLaw 360 online and how to give access to users wanting to connect to esiLaw from a browser or mobile device.
Step #1:
In esiLaw 360 on your PC click on Maintenance -> esiLaw Online Configuration
Step #2:
In the esiLaw Online Configurations page select "Enable esiLaw Online". Then create your custom URL (this can be the name of the firm or office).
Make sure whatever custom url you create you note down or bookmark in your browser later on for safe keeping.
Step #3: Allowing Users
In esiLaw 360 go to User Accounts then select the option "Allow user to access esiLaw Online". Do this for any users you would like to have online access. Then choose Save & Close.
*If anyone reports they cannot log into esiLaw Online, make sure you have checked if their username has this option enabled*
You now have enabled esiLaw 360 online with your custom URL and have given selected users access to this. You should now be able to look at your information online from any browser with the custom URL.
