Reactivating an Account:
- Once a customer account expires and is dormant for 67 days, their data is archived.
- To retrieve the data from the archive, the customer will first have to pay all outstanding invoices.
- Once the account is in good standing, support will get the specific backup file name from the expiry notification email that was sent to the customer and support was copied on. The file name is marked as Data Reference Code.
- Support will send an email to pe@dyedurham.com requesting the backup be restored (see template below).
