When the registers (i.e. directors register, shareholders register, etc.) are produced in the forms and registers tab, the program is supposed to create a PDF folder within fcwin\docs\(the record number)\. If a user does not have proper permissions set (i.e. they do not have full permissions to create items on the network drive or on the C:drive), the program is not creating this folder. As a workaround, a manual version of the PDF folder can be created and the user will be able to print registers.
In order to print the register, navigate to the docs folder for the record on the network and create a new folder and name it PDF. For example:
-If the record number is 1234 and program files are within a folder called DoProcess and stored in a mapped network drive called "Z":
-close Fast Company
-using the file explorer, navigate to Z:DoProcess\FCWIN\DOCS\1234
-right click on the white space within the folder and choose New folder
-Rename the folder PDF
-Log back into the record in Fast Company and generate the register. It should now generate without issue.
